You'll need: 1 litle of condensed milk (not sweetened), 1 cup od
sugar, 10 teaspoons of cocoa, 1/2 cup of 40% vol alcohol, 10 cloves,
cream (for serving). Makes about 1 litre of liqueur.
On the low heat boil the condensed milk with sugar and cloves for
about 2 hours (until it starts to be brown and dense). Turn off the
heat. Pour the coca through stainer and add to the mixture, mix together
well. When it's cold add alcohol and pour into a bottle.
Did you notice my beautiful bottle? It is a special liqueur bottle bought in the flea market.
Coming back to the recipe, serve the liqueur with 30% cream.
Note that this is the recipe which will be used in my e-book about chocolate, which is still in progress!
